Hey everyone,
Had a question regarding swift springs. I have a 00 civic sedan and I want to get swift springs. What's the highest rate recommended for daily use? Also I want to keep it real low as well. I was thinking 34k up front. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks.

Assuming it's a civic stock is anywhere from 160-170 lbs for fronts and 80-100 lbs for rears.

55 lbs equals 1k spring rate, therefor if you get 10k fronts and 8k rears you will end up with.

10k = 550 lbs spring rate
8k = 440 lbs spring rate

If this doesn't help you choose the correct spring rate for your application I don't know what will, good luck.

Need smog ? Star certificate ? Don't suffer like a crack whore, inquire here!!!
