Just getting started to working on this, and really enjoying my first K-Series Car
My 02 type s.
Background on the car:Purchased almost completely stock from my friend. He got it cheap because of a misdiagnosis. Engine jumped time but still ran. 2 shops said it need a new ecu so it was sold to him for cheap. We put on a new chain and tensioner and problem solved. His dad drove it for a few months until the ac went out in Julyish in Texas.
Current mods:
Oem type r headlights and taillights
Braum racing seats (originals were beyond repair)
Hybrid racing shifter bushings
Mishimoto radiator and slim fans
Eibach front and rear sway bars(installed on the car at some points in its life before mine or my friends ownership)
Bc racing BR coilovers
Future plans:
Comp. Clutch stage 1.5 clutch and flywheel
Clockwise motion drop in oil pan baffle
Fixing all the oil leaks so I can get out on track again
Paint the car with the a spec lip kit I have and a type r wing I need to order. (Because of course the clear is breaking down)

In 2018 i bought my 1st DC5 it was also a 03. Was a fun car and pretty fast, until i blew the transmission lol after that i sold it and put my parts from my 03 into my 06
